BBQ Booking - Rules and Regulations
Conditions for Booking
Reservation of the barbeque pits can be made by Pioneer Zone 8 residents or members (IC/Passport
is required) on a first-come first-served basis.
Advance booking is required and limited to current year dates.
Two barbeque pits are available for booking. Each pit can accommodate 8-10 persons. The opening hour
is daily from 6pm to 10.30pm. All clean up have to be completed by 11pm.
The reservation is not confirmed upon submitting of this form. RC will email sender the confirmation and
the person who made the booking has to go RC Centre located at Blk 656B, Jurong West St 61 #01-311 S642656 to
make payment of the booking fee and deposit within 3 working days.
Key(s) to the BBQ pit(s) are to be returned on the same day (before 11pm) after the clean up. RC reserves
the right to impose fine on late return on key(s).
Residents are strongly encouraged to collect their deposit(s) within 2 weeks (on either Monday or Friday night)
after the booking date. After 2 weeks, RC reserves the right to confiscate the deposit(s).
Users of the BBQ pits shall observe the Rules & Regulations display below. RC reserves the right to cancel the
approved booking and will not be liable for any damages thus caused.
No cancellation or refund of booking fee is allowed under any circumstance (e.g. raining, posted overseas to
work) once a booking is completed.
Rules and Regulations
Person who made the booking must ensure the pits and its surroundings are cleanup after usage (including throwing
all rubbish and emptying the ashes in the BBQ pit). Deposit will be forfeited if fail to do so.
Guests’ cars are to park at the carpark at Blk 657 and may not be parked illegally in Pioneer Zone 8 premises.
Please ensure that there is someone at the pits if there is any catering arrangement with the caterer. RC will
not entertain any enquiries from 3rd parties regarding the booking made.
Residents are not allowed to take water from the nearby Pavilion. Offender will have penalty imposed.
Residents are expected to bring their own pail(s) and water for washing and cleaning; alternatively, resident
can use their own cash card to purchase water at nearby car park (need to bring own pails as well).
Residents who booked the BBQ pits are required to look after the facilities; for any vandalism and damage to
the facilities, penalty charge will be imposed.
